Alex Smith has signed

With Mankins and Washington signed. 1st overall pick Alex Smith has agreed to term with the 49ers. 6 years over 49.5 million dollars with a 24 million signing bonus.

damn that a lot of $$$. Only Peyton Manning last has gotten more guartneed money all time. Now all the dominos will fall and everyone but Merriman will get signed in the next couple days

 

Merriman is eventually gonna sign. Don't expect him to sit out the whole year.

 

i dont think hes gonna sit out the entire year, i see him being the last rookie to sign. He will probly do it right before the 1st preseason game

 

yea the Chargers are gonna need him this season.

 

the chargers had like the least amount of sacks last season. Merriman could give them probly 5 sacks at LB.

 

No 1st overal pick QB has gotten good stats so not expecting much from him since hes a rookie and n the 49ers.

 

yea im not expecting anything big out of him. He doesnt have a good running game and no good WRs except Morton. I see 15 TDs 17 INTS
