    Associated Press

PHILADELPHIA -- Reserves Kyle Korver and Willie Green have agreed to return to the Philadelphia Sixers, a person familiar with the deals said Tuesday.

The contracts cannot officially be announced until Friday under NBA rules. But a person within the league, speaking on condition of anonymity, said the deals for the restricted free agents were in place.

Korver and Green were second-round picks acquired in separate trades on the night of the 2003 draft.

    The Sixers declined comment.</div>

I'm happy for Korver, but i would have rather seen Green go elsewhere for more playing time. Hopefully Mo is willing to give him more minutes than O' Brien did.

Good job, now the 76ers can focus on Samuel and hopefully another big man that can come in and improve are frontcourt.

Two down and one to go. I'd knew Korver would be back, but Green was drawing tons of intrest from teams like Cleveland, Utah and even the Nuggets. So I had a feeling he would have ended up else where. Hopefully, Mo will utilize him more than O'Brien did. If Green can get consistent minutes he can average 12 PPG at best. He is very well rounded offensive player that knows how to finish, he's what you call a flat-out scorer. Korver on the other hand, needs to come off the bench as well. If we're pushing for a championship he can't be starting material. He is way too vulnerable defensively.

Wow nice stuff locking up the young guns for five plus years, best off-season move Billy King has made yet. Now we can shift our focus on re-signing Dalembert and I hope we can lure Steven Hunter to play here as well. Sixers can also use a decent starting small forward as well via trade, Korver is no way a starting small forward and would be much more effective off the pine.

Good lock by BK, Green and Korver have already showed they`re going to part of one bright future. Now its on to Sammy, if all goes well, we`ll have 3 players with nice raw talent.

nice moves by King to keep his young guys in town, but how will this affect the signing of Dalembert? Korver's my favorite player in the league, but I do think he was overpaid, and I do think they couldve afforded to let Green go elsewhere and develop Louis Williams if they wanted...they are positive moves, but I dont think it'll be worth it if they let dalembert slip and go elsewhere...
