talented starting lineup for next year but the question is chemistry. These guys have not played with each other before, nevermind having to learn a totally new system. I'm just going to trust that Phil knows what the hell he's doing. IMO our roster has magically become one of the most talented in the league. Can Phil tie it together or what??
Kwame Brown and Antonio Daniels would make the Lakers one of the most talented teams in the league? I bet/hope youre the only one that thinks so.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Bobcats:</div><div class="quote_post">Yeah, he's going to sign for 5 years 30 Million.</div> okay then, next on the list is tyronne lue and jannero pargo. maybe we can split the MLE and get both?
They should try to get Earl Watson. He's a solid defender and a good passer, something that the Lakers need badly.
Of course it's verbal. Every signing that has been reported has been up until this point. But he has already committed and will sign on Friday or maybe a day or two after that. He won't be in a Laker uniform, so there's no point in discussing it now.
There is no slim chance for him to be a Laker, Daniels is a Wizard (basically). He made a verbal commitment. There are no other PGs left that will make a big impact on the Lakers anymore. Anybody else will be just to try to find a diamond in the rough. The same Lakers team as last year except Brown who's iffy, and a 17 year old who is unproven and overhyped.

Ever since the Lakers drafted him I've hardly seen anything but criticisement from everyone who isn't a Laker fan. After we've seen him in a couple of games in action on the summer league team, I've heard some say "he's better than we thought," but that's about it.
Well he's overhyping himself for one... there's no reason for him to be claiming himself as better than Shaq, and compared to Wilt and all the greats when he is freakin' 17 years old. And I see sigs around JBB: "Bynum: The new Shaq" and like Shaq Who? I know you guys want to have hope, but let's be realistic.

He is a very cocky 17 yr old just becuase he is in da nba. i want to see Shaq school him badley and im not even a fan of Shaq at all
He never said he was better than Shaq. He said that he had a Shaq style of playing but he can make his free throws. Also, I'm sure the Lakers will be looking to trade for a bigger PG who's unselfish and good at D. I've mentioned Chauncey Billups in another thread, but no way that's going to happen.

He will never be 50% of the player of Shaq. How can he play Shaq's game in the NBA when he's 17??? Please Bynum, go get your drivers liscence...

All Bynum did is give his honest opinion of himself and Shaq. Calling Buss "the old man" and when Kobe's name is said and you ask "who" is when cheap shots are being taken. Get back in your own forum because if you come in here talking crap about our players based on your own personal opinions that you describe as facts with no evidence of any of our players doing something, we will gun you down. Oh and one more thing "Mr.Wade," who are you to tell Bynum to get his licence when you are 16 yourself? Check out his profile people, his birthday is "April 11, 1989."
I dont understand how Bynum sayin he is a better FT shooter, becomes taking a shot at Shaq. Talk about taking things to the extreme.
