I don't want any former Lakers back. I think we should go for Brevin Knight. A little undersized, true, but he's got underrated D, and can stick any other PG in the league.

Jaric would be perfect but I don't know if he wants to play for the money the Lakers can offer.....and we have a better chance of getting Garnett than Chauncy Billups haha. Seriously, Detroit is never going to trade him.

How about Jay Williams (the ex-Bull, No. 2 pick), who is poised to make a comeback this year? With something to prove and not many takers, Williams may be a cheap pickup who can perform well if he is indeed fully recovered.

I think this would be a GREAT choice. The Lakers haven't been looking at him though.

Jaric is apparently off the market now, so that leaves the Lakers with even fewer options....I've already lost faith in Mitch so I don't expect much ..

Lets just hope it's not Sasha or Smoosh starting at the 1 this year...

I would realy love to have Fisher back, he is a great player IMO. Picking up Jay Williams sounds good too.

I think the Lakers end up with Watson. Watson is a solid contributer who is the definition of a real PG. HE can score but he'll much rather contribute the ball.

Yeah Watson is a solid team contributor. We don't need another Van Exel firing shots off at will.

Williams would be nice, but it's always a risk with a player that has been out for so long. I'd take the risk.
