Can you guys name some players past and present who have always have an odd shot formation? Right now, all I can think of is Shawn Marion.
Reggie Miller Amare Redd Shaq? - Seriously besides FT, I've never ever seen him taken a normal shot. All of his shots have been hooks or dunks.. so I just put a "?" next to his name.
Shawn Marion's is kinda funny for me but its doesnt matter how your form as long as your comfortable with it and can make shots
Ray Allen has a picture perfect shot IMO. Reggie Miller's release is funny, but it's been proven to work on numerous occasions. Tayshaun's form looks crooked probably due to his long arms, but like Reggie, he makes them. Bo Outlaw's FT is funny, but i realized it is straighter than most people's shot(although not as consistient).

Andrei Kirilenko puts quite a bit of arc on his shot, and Rick Barry used to shoot free throws granny style. Salim Stoudamire has a weird shot, and Marion as everyone said
FYI everyone, Shawn Marion's shot is deceptive. I watched the playoffs and saw Matrix act as if he had so much time to shoot one of his trademark threes, and a defedner bit the fake and Matrix was gone, 1 or 2 dribbles into the paint and pulls up a bouncer that falls in. He does need a over the head shot where he can shoot over defenders. That'd bring him a step closer to completing his game. Edit: I agree Salim's got a funny looking shot, which may be due to his lefthandedness. It's one quick release too.
