Since blocks and steals have been tracked (1977 I think), only nine players have achieved the 5x5 (a stat the Jazz specially came up with for Kirilenko). Of those nine, only two players have done it more than once -- Kirilenko and Olajuwon. Kirilenko has done it 3 times. Olajuwon did it 9 times.

He did it a few other times in the 80s as well. From the Houston Chronicle: <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post"> Andrei Kirilenko, who struggled through the start of the season when he thought he might enjoy being a scorer, is back to being an all-around dynamo, so much so the Jazz have come up with a statistical measurement just for him, the 5x5. Apparently, just nine guys have reached five or more in the five positive statistical categories. Only Kirilenko and Hakeem Olajuwon, who it turns out was a 5x5 machine, have done it more than once. (Imagine how great we would have thought Olajuwon was if we knew he had nine career 5x5s.) Anyway, Kirilenko scored 14 points against the Lakers and dominated the game, also getting eight rebounds, nine assists, six steals and seven blocks. </div>
Who cares, HS stats doesn't mean anything. Dajuan Wagner once scored 100 points in HS and now where is he at?
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting TheChosenOne23:</div><div class="quote_post">i dont know, ask lebron, he came one steal short of it in high school</div> I don't see any such game listed here: http://www.geocities.com/SouthBeach/Lagoon...ebronjames.html But like SupraJames said, high school numbers don't really mean much.

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Johnnybrasco:</div><div class="quote_post">So true did anyone of you know lisa leslie score 101 points in 1 half of a game where's her statue?</div> well do you remember Drazen Petrovic ? he made 112 points with 40/60 FG in the jugoslavian championship many years ago... and about quint-double... mmmh Ak-47 is the only candidate, the only one with 10 stelas and 10 blocks... but make both in single game... with a standard triple double... i think is impossible... maybe a quadruple double or a 5x7 is more realistic...
I think that it's about 90% impossible. Quadruple is very sick, i don't wanna talk about quintdruple...
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting dakeem1:</div><div class="quote_post">If someone could get one, I would wonder if Jordan is still considered the best bball player in history.</div> that could go either way because i think some very good player who wasnt an all star got a quadriple double. can someone verify this for me? if i get an update ill post it.
ok found it: The most recent was center David Robinson of the San Antonio Spurs. "The Admiral" had 34 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists, and 10 blocks against the Detroit Pistons on February 17, 1994. The other three players are: Hakeem Olajuwon, Alvin Robertson, and Nate Thurmond.

Clyde Drexler nearly did in the first game of the 1996-1997 season. He was just one assist away. He had 25 points, 10 rebounds, 10 steals, and 9 assists. I remember that game. Near the end, there were one or two possessions where he was trying to get that extra assist, but it didn't happen. He also had a 7 turnovers, so actually he was pretty close to a quintuple double too, though not exactly the best kind. http://www.basketball-reference.com/player...lcl01_1997.html
