I'm just wondering -and you guys all know i'm biased so i'm not even gonna state my opinion- if it came down to it and one of them had to start would you guys rather see keyon or Jameer be given the position, you can throw is stats or whatever facts you like into your argument but who would you give the starting nod to is they're the options? (i believe francis will start at the pg next year no matter what, you guys are right about him not being a true sg, i actually like jameer better at pg but he'll never ever ever be given the nod over an allstar if he doesn't get a chance to prove himself anyway he won't become an allstar himself, you guys probably think i'm half crazy, but given the minutes i think nelson is as effective as francis)
Jameer. Keyon is the kind of player that can provide a spark off the bench. Nelson is the future point guard (or shooting guard) of this franchise and he shouldn't lose his starting job to Keyon Dooling.

lol, sg. Thats the first thing that stood out. Just cause he can "shoot" doesnt make him a shooting guard. Got to have the size too.
Let them battle during training camp and preseason. This will probably be best for both of them that the job hasn't been given out yet. If Francis was starting at the 2, then I would say Dooling, because he is taller, has better defense and would be able to guard some of the taller guys. I think it will be more situational, some games Jameer will play huge mins, some games Dooling will play huge mins, depending on who we play against, etc.
Jameer Nelson should be the starter. Jameer put up better numbers last season and is the future of this franchise along with Dwight Howard. Jameer developed good chemistry with Dwight at the end of last season and I would hate to see a new point guard come in and break that up.

Lue.
