i dont think they will improve that much in 1 year. i think their stats will be a little lower that what you predicted. i think childress will score more and have more assists but smith will have more rebounds and blocks.

    josh childress: 14ppg 6rpg 4apg 1.3 spg and .87bpg 34% from 3 point line

    josh smith: 13ppg 9rpg 2apg 1 spg 2.5 bpg

im going to do more players while im at it lol:

salim stoudamire: 11 ppg 3 rpg 4.3 apg 1spg and 44% at the 3 point line

boris diaw: 8 ppg 2 rpg 4.5 apg .82 spg

marvin williams 9 ppg 7 rpg 2 apg .91 bpg

al harrington if he stays : 18 ppg 6 rpg 3 apg 1 bpg

royal ivey: 5 ppg 2 apg 1 rpg

    Josh Smith 16ppg 11 rpg

    Josh Childress 19ppg 7rpg

Joe Johnson(if he comes for sure to the ATL) will average 9 plus assists a game.

The Hawks are lookin' to have one of their better seasons in a while. Joe Johnson wanting to be a Hawk and Salim playing some two guard alongside JJ and all will deftinteley get some of our boys on the All Star roster, and anything less than the playoffs will be a disappointment.

i dont think the hawks will make the playoffs next year so u shouldnt get your hopes high because you will be dissapointed but if we get johnson along with curry and like earl watson or another big guy we might sneak in with the 8th seed.also, i dont know if we will have any allstars. Joe Johnson will be the closest to being an allstar. if he averages 20 ppg and 9 apg plus like u say he will then i think he definitly has chance to be on the team if not a lock for the team.

    Josh Smith: 14.2 PPG, 7.8 RPG, 2.5 APG, 1.1 SPG, 2.4 BPG
Josh Childress: 15.5 PPG, 8.0 RPG, 2.5 APG, 1.3 SPG

Atlanta is going to have a great future as long as these two kids are in town.

i was basing the numbers I gave them off of the last 10 games of the year, when they got the minutes that they are gonna get this year.

^ this is different. both the joshes are young. reef and Big dog were both in they're late 20's when they came.

yes, but both were still very good players, in fact, better than josh smith and childress, not to the role players in it like jason terry and theo. But look what happened: consecutive sub-25 win seasons. As a hawks fan, i just hope this turns out to be utterly different.

dont worry dude, it will be way better, because both the joshes have great work ethics, unlike a certain big dog. although, i still gont get how a team with a starting lineup of:

    PG: Jason Terry
    SG: Demarr Johnson
    SF: Glenn Robinson
    PF: Shareef Abdur-Rahim
    C: Theo Ratliff

how did that not make the playoffs?!
