Taking a page out of Sir Desmond's book...

I have noticed a staggeringly large amount of guest traffic coming through the C's forum of late, and even some great new members. This being the case, I strongly encourage guests to sign up with us here. It's quick, easy, free, and most of all, fun. We love to have new faces here on the board, and more especially, new opinions and outlooks.

All our new posters, guys like BigDave31 and celtsfan2589, have contributed great things and I would love to see more of where they're coming from.

So come on in and get noticed, and we'll see what you have to offer.

While you're at it, don't forget to check out Around the Forum, the weekly debate article on JBB and if you are interested in participating, send a PM to 44Thrilla.

It's good to see Ignignot taking his new team leader role seriously. Yes, you should sign up. First of all, it's free. Secondly, as was said, it's fun. The new opinions are always good to have. What do you have to lose?

Sometimes, when one guest comes on, it shows twp extra guests for that one person. I would then guess that there was probably 20 guests. But that was 20 guests too many! So yeh, join up, you won't regret it.

Have a look in the Member's Union and they can help you out with that. Thanks for joining up, you've already contributed some nice stuff, and it's always great having another C's fan aboard.

i think some guests might be scared away by jbb's lack of dependabillity recently. There have been a few times in the last month alone when i have been unable to access the site. sometimes for days at a time

Yeah, it's been a headache the last few months. The host company we were using was outstanding, but for some reason they completely bailed out on us and took days to return phone calls. I actually had to threaten them with a lawsuit to get them to return my calls.

The good news is we've put JBB on it's own dedicated server, changed hosting companies, and we have 24/7 customer support.

The site should be up unless there's scheduled maintenance being done, and I'm sure everyone's noticed how fast the site is loading now.
