<div class="quote_poster">Quoting eyes only:</div><div class="quote_post">http://msn.foxsports.com/nba/story/3865226 thank god for Jerry west</div> Wait a minute? Jerry West signs Damon Stoudamire, and all of a sudden he's a good General Manager again? Maybe in your eyes only. The Stoudamire acquisition is huge though. A Point Guard rotation of Damon Stoudamire and Bobby Jackson is just as good as the one we had last year, so long as they can stay healthy. What's more is that they're both veterans, and we could have used that veteran presence last year in the playoffs. It'll be interesting to see this new team with a mix of young players (Gasol, Battier, Miller) and old veterans (Jones, Stoudamire, Jackson). Here's our projected lineup: PG - Damon Stoudamire/Bobby Jackson/Antonio Burks SG - Mike Miller/Eddie Jones SF - Shane Battier/Brian Cardinal/Dahntay Jones PF - Pau Gasol/Hakim Warrick/Lawrence Roberts C - Lorenzen Wright (to-be-traded)/Jake Tsakalidis He can't be done dealing yet. We have more than fifteen players, and Wright still wants a trade.
i meant thank god for him cause if he didnt sign him he would have been out of a job. my bad i shoulda made it more clear!
He is out of a job at the end of the year anyways......I belive Eddie will start over miller at the SG...Miller is good lol but not better then even a aging Jones.
