(with the exclamation point at the end, all lower case) NFC drafts on Wednesday night at 8pm central. AFC drafts on Thursday night at 8pm central. Pick the league that works best for you.

You could also do a draft over the last week or two of the preseason on here...give like a 6 hour time limit then just imput all the teams into yahoo manually....have VF sticky a thread for draft pics only...no talk no BS just draft pics...you could do one for each league. The only thing is we need a serious list of people...not people that WANT to play but won't be active..cus there is at least one on the list already....

Whats the rush?</div> same here...i like having the draft the week before the last preseason game...cuts down on the chance of major injuries ruining a season for someone... also, i signed up in the nfc...

Injuries are gonna happen no matter what. Whether it's preseason or regular season. Why not do it now. If you do it a week before the regular season, their will be no time to trade at all. No time to make a move and give yourself a better chance. Thats why you do leagues early. This isn't that early at all actually considering leagues have been opened for 2 monthes now.

This isn't that early at all actually considering leagues have been opened for 2 monthes now.</div> I'll leave it to the Commish (plural if needed), but I don't think I've ever had a league that drafted much more than 10-12 days before opening day. In a league with good competitive owners, there is rarely very many trades. People draft too well for that. If you are used to a lot of trades, you must be a happy guy taking candy from babies.
