<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">The Washington Wizards released today their 2005-06 regular season schedule, including all 41-games on the home docket and the home opener at MCI Center versus the Orlando Magic on November 5, 2005. The Wizards open the 2005-06 campaign in Toronto on November 2nd versus the Raptors, and visit Madison Square Garden to meet the New York Knicks on November 4th. Then the team comes home to tip-off the 2005-06 MCI Center schedule with a four-game homestand that begins with a visit from Steve Francis and the Orlando Magic on November 5th.

The Wizards first homestand of the season also includes the lone visit of the year by the Los Angeles Clippers and Seattle Sonics before concluding with a clash against Tim Duncan and the defending NBA Champion San Antonio Spurs on November 12th. In all, Washington will host six games in the first month of season, with Carmelo Anthony and the Denver Nuggets visiting MCI Center on November 22nd and local product Juan Dixon returning to DC for the only time in 2005-06 on November 30th.

?After a thrilling season last year, which included NBA Playoff basketball at MCI Center for the first time, the 2005-06 season tips-off on a similarly high note,? said Wizards President Susan O?Malley. ?With the addition of some strong veteran performers to a team that already featured a pair of All-Stars in Gilbert Arenas and Antawn Jamison and roster of exciting young talent, the sense of excitement for the coming season is enormous. This schedule offers fans the opportunity to cheer on the Wizards on their quest to return to the playoffs, and to see them take on the other stars of the NBA every night.? </div>

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Washington is scheduled to play in front of a national television audience seven times in 2005-06 after appearing on national television three times during the 2004-05 regular season. TNT will broadcast the Wizards? November 17th contest at Minnesota as well as Washington?s game at Indiana on December 8th. ESPN will carry Wizards? road games at Dallas (2/15), at Houston (3/31) and at Boston (4/5), while the Wizards? are scheduled for national network television on ABC, live from MCI Center on February 12th versus Philadelphia and again on March 5th when Washington hosts the Sacramento Kings.</div>

We are on national tv 7 times this year! That means I can catch 11 Wizard games this year. Sweet deal.

I'm going to try and go to the Wizard game when they play the Lakers and/or Clippers out here.
