Arajuo will never play 24 mins this year unless he friggin stops fouling. He played 12 minutes this year and averaged around 3 fould per game. You do the math.....not so great is it? But I am willing to bet that Arajuo is gonna get at least 20 minutes of time this year at least.
My expectation: Araujo averages 25 and 15, and we deal him to Houston for T-MAC ... nah if only... in all seriousness though, hopefully he can get at least 5 points and 4 boards a game... and NOT foul every four minutes he's on the court *cringes* <div align="center">
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting VinKanaddy:</div><div class="quote_post">^ Now, that won't be an expectation. That will be a fantasy. </div> Ouch. I don't know what the 3 is, if that's assists though, I'd have to agree, the only centers who average 3 dimes a game are the ones that actually get the ball.

Oh wait,, it could be 3 fouls per game! That's a major improvement!
Rafael will suck it up just like he did last year. The only good thing this guy is ever goin to do for the team is make everyone else feel a hell of a lot better about their games. He may be a big guy but it doesnt do anything without skill(Shawn Bradley anyone?). If Hoffa doesnt make me cry while watching him play ill consider his season a success.
Araujo would probably show some improvement this season, but I think it'd be a major step forward if he puts up numbers of 4 points and 4 rebounds every night. With his physique and tendency of fouling, I'd like to see Mitchell take advantage and turn Araujo into an enforcer. I mean, if he can't contribute with on-court performances, then why not let him do what he likes to do (fouling) and instruct him to foul hard?
Who are the Raps going to put at center if not Hoffa? Certainly not Woods or CV, and I still think Pape is still too small to guard any decent center...

THats not his favourite position but he is easily skilled and athletic enough to play with most centers in the league-as long as he gets plenty of help on D.
Bosh is NOT going to play centre. It will most likely be a centre-by-commitee with Araujo / Sow / Woods getting split times depending on match-ups.

His biggest strength is his Defense, a decent low post defender and he can block shots. He seems like the best option right now. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Bosh is NOT going to play centre. Putting Bosh at center would only further slow his development. If he hadn't been forced to play center in his rookie year, he might already be an allstar. Whatever way the Raps look at it, if Araujo can't come through, a trade for a center will become a must at the deadline.
