    It seems like the Sixers are going for a historic look this season with Mo Cheeks coming in they want to try to do the same thing as those '83 Sixers did. The Sixers seem like they are trying to bring other members back from the '83 team such as Mark Iavaroni and Andrew Toney.

    It's a way to market the team. You'll probably see that (or something similar) on the Sixers website, the Wacovia Center, or on TV when they advertise ticket plans.

    Man this looks good better than last years. Hopefully this leads to the eventual return of the old school jerseys. Those really were a lot better, and made the team look a lot better then these modern ones. I like the retro blue, but the white and black are pretty plain.

    Yeah, I like the overall feel of the marketing campaign, but they really could have just kept it to "Pride, History, Heart- Philadelphia 76ers."
