Well, BK said he is looking to be in 2 more guys. I want to see what your guess is. I read that Steven Hunter would only come to Philly if Jackson was gone. Probably because of the minutes. I also think there is a chance of getting Ratliff back to reunite with his old team and Cheeks. I also think that Dale Davis may be in the works as well as Derek Anderson.
1) Waive Aaron McKie. 2) Sign Derek Anderson to the MLE. 3) Sign Steven Hunter to a $1.7 million dollar contract over four years. Hunter has been rumored to want a long term contract as well as minutes and the Sixers are in a position to give him both. Derek Anderson if you ask me would be a great fit with the Sixers and would also be reunited with Mo Cheeks. If the Sixers lose out on Steven Hunter I can see them making a run at Reggie Evans but Reggie is not a center and when Dalembert needs a rest we would have to move Webber to center and Reggie at the four.
1. Will be to waive/trade Aaron Mckie. I appreciate what he has done for this organization, but the money he is making at this point in his career makes it a long shot he won?t be waived, especially with the youth we have on our team and the minutes he plays. If we do keep him don?t take it as anything other than loyalty from King to a guy who is a Temple alumni and Philadelphia native. I don?t know how much loyalty goes for in the NBA these days especially in the 76ers organization with their recent trade. 2. Sign Steven Hunter for the MLE. I think this will be another potential signing, and don?t know how it will work out, but I do think it will happen, and everyone will be happy when it does. Except me although he is young, and athletic only thing he does better than Marc Jackson is block shots. Jackson would have given us a big man with longer range, and better offensive skills.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting N4S:</div><div class="quote_post">Well, BK said he is looking to be in 2 more guys. .</div> where did you here that? my only guess would be that BK is going to bring in stephen hunter, and a scrub like carl carwford or andrew declarque.
Comcast Sportsnet interviewed him. It was on this morning. It also quotes him saying it in the Daily News today. ( 2 guys )
