I say 5th or 6th seed...I see SA, Houston, Dallas, and Phoenix as the top 4...

They'll be second best in the West, after Spurs.

It's hard to tell where they will be. It will be easier to tell once the season starts. Take into consideration Bonzi's psychology and SAR's health. A third problem is their bench, it's very shallow. Kenny Thomas and Brian Skinner are going to have to deliver big time and they are going to need some decent play from the rest. Losing Songaila was a big loss because he was a underrated solid player. In the end, right now I wouldn't call Sac hard competitors because like a previous post, the West underdogs have built up a bit.

By what you said, they can't get higher than 6 because dallas, houston, and the spurs are in the same division.

Shallow bench? Brian Skinner,Kenny Thomas,Francisco garcia,Jason Hart,Kevin Martin and Corliss Williamson.Speak for yourself lakers fan, thats not shallow at all. The offense is extremely high powered and the D is weak as usual. I dont think the Warriors are good enough to win the pacific yet.Its my opinion that the Suns are worse off this season and that the Kings are favored to take the Pacific. If the Kings for some reason dont win the Pacific then theyll compete with Dallas and Houston for the 4-5 spots.

Worst defensive starting 5 of all time? I don't know about that. Brad Miller is a GREAT defensive player and Bibby's not bad either.
