More Eagle problems

WR Terrell Owens is listed day to day with a groin injury and WR Todd Pinkston is out for the season with a ruptured achilles tendon. It's unlikely he returns for the 2005 season. This will open the door for WR's Greg Lewis and Rookie Reggie Brown.

 

Thats is bad news for the Eagles. It is gonna make it easier for teams to double team TO.

How is this going to make it easier to double team TO? Cuz now they wont have to quadruple team pinkston? Are you really this dumb? Do you know anything about football? TO is going to get exactly the same coverage with or without pinkston on the field.

 

The Eagles dont have Pinkston or Westbrook right now. With the Eagles #2 and #3 targets out right now, they can concentrate on TO more.

Greg Lewis isnt gonna have a huge impact soon because hes use to the #4 corner. And Reggie Brown is unproven.

So the only real threat right now is TO. Teams usally drop 2 safities into deep coverage, now they will probly play two guys on TO and one safety deep. Pinkston is the only WR with starting experience

 

TO is listed day 2 day, he should be finmwe by opening day. plus greg lewis doesnt get as much credit as he deserves. he makes good plays when needed, and is a giood deep threat.

Even when Pinkston is on the field he's off the field.

Its a shame Philly let FredEx get away.

 

Greg Lewis does good against the #4 corner. But when you go up against the #2 corner its a total different story.

Poor Eagles, the Madden Curse is going to ruin them.

 

i hope the madden curse is for real, because i would love to see the eagles not make the playoffs

 

i see them going 0-16. Not bad for a strugling team

 

i am seriously scared to death of up and coming season. we are losing a lot of players to injury and it is scsring me.
