I dont even know why the rockets wanted Head. Our rotation is full of gaurds and we have Spanoulis. The rockets dont plan on effectively using Head the next two seasons and right now he comes in as fourth string, behind barry. Send him to the D league, there he can get playing time and we can compare him with spanoulis. Putting him on the roster infact is unfair to spanoulis.
Active Roster must be 12 and inactive can be up to 3 and counts if someone goes down to the Dleague or is injured. Barring any more trades or injuries i would expect Baker Moochie and Ward to begin the season on the inactive roster and remain until an injury or trade. On Spanoulis, I really dont see him comming this year or possibly next. He's under contract with another team for a couple more years, but he does have buyouts at anytime he wants to join the Rockets, but I dont see it happening this year.

im not opposed to sending LH to dleague but i think we can get more out of him in our guard rotation. WHy did we draft him? because he supposedly has good d. If we keep him in our rotation we can always use him during garbage time and we can try to use him to defend other quick young guards. Either way i think his youth and athleticism should be taken advantage of. Plus i think his 39" vertical would be fun to see in action off a tmac alleyoop pass!!!
yeah... they should keep him on the roster and start to develop him. We have alot of veteran leaderhip on our team so a locker room full of it will sure rub off on him. He is an excellent athlete with good instincts. He doesnt do anything spectacular but does everything well and on a team with mcgrady and yao you just need to be part of the system and do the little things to be successful. I think his youth would come handy during the year especially if the old legs of our vets get tired during a long string of games.

We actually need his perimiter D. Also, I didn't realize how much hops the guy had. His athletism might be helpful. Now that we got DA, Head won't have to bring the ball up court as much being that we have more than one ball handler. DA, Tmac, and Head can interchange with one running the point, and the other two filling in the wings. Scary
