Kobe and Coangelo have had a longtime friendship outside of basketball, I wouldn't be surprised if Kobe accepts the invitation. It will be good for his image, good for the team, and great for his fans to watch him compete on an International stage.
I sure hope he joins, along with some proven players, for obvius reasons... Didnt he say last time that he would have wanted to play, but the legal drama got in the way?
