Having TMac in Houston is definitely a great thing for Adidias. Because of the exposure Yao gets and the number of Rockets games on TV in China, McGrady is one of the league's most well-known basketball players in China. Anything he adorns will definitely sell well in China. For example, the TMac logo was one of the logos I saw most on shirts and jerseys while in Beijing. China loves the NBA, plain and simple.
Yeah, the Chinese pronounciation of "McGrady" is way kooler in my opinion. By the way, those shoes look butt ugly- I see a pukish gold color with a odd shape for the shoe. Bleck.

I mean I saw Liu Wei play with the Kings during the summer when they played the Rockets in China....he seemed ALRIGHT....I'm really pushing it with that..but I can be biased lol and yes T-Mac's shoes will totally pwn Kobe's
They are re-releasing the tmac one's in case anybody wanted to know. I also thin those are the shoes tmac wore in the playoffs. correct me if im wrong though. I thought he wore the tmac 4's but somebody told me he wore some shoes with a big number 1 on the side. I think these kicks will be pimp in a black and white or maybe a red and white.

TMac wore those shoes during the playoffs except his was the black and red colourway. I think they look great and im definitely coppin a pair. The orange thing at the back is actually a piece of hardwood, like the floors on a bball court. That colourway is asian countries exclusive and there are only 1000 pairs made. If im not mistaken it comes out on the 1st of September.
i like em better from the 2nd view where the guys are holding em.. the close view looks horrendous to me
Why is TMac still wearing those Team Macs in the last shot? The guy to his left is also wearing the TMac 3's.
You mean the pic where they're jogging (I think)? Thats the tmac 5 black/red colourway, the one he used in the playoffs. The guy on the left (his right) is wearing black tmac 4s llike you said while the guy on the right of the pic is wearin the white/blue tmac 3s. BTW I heard that all 1000 pairs of the LE Tmac 5s were sold up right after the stores opened. Hope this helps.
Oh, thanks buzzer. Looking at that pic of the white/olive TMac 5's, they dont' look too good but that red/black pair TMac has on is definitely hot. I'm getting my pair.
