Fiction - the only way another trade would go down is if it involves Lamar Odom, and seeing as how Phil likes him, I don't see that happening. F of F Odom will play a bigger role this year with Phil as the head coach?
Fact Lamar Odom will play point-forward and initiate the offense, I just hope he improves on the defensive end this season. Fact or Fiction? The Lakers will have a winning record on the road.

Fiction Phil Jackson will make a vast improvement on the Lakers this year. F or F The Lakers signing people until the 2007-08 will help the Lakers pull a superstar like Yao Ming or Amare Stoudemire.
Fiction. The Lakers keep pressing this idea that they are going to pull off this huge offseason, but I don't see any of those young players avalible. They are restricted free agents and on top of that they are winning teams. The only times we see young stars who are restricted get away are when they demand a sign and trade out from a bad team, this is not the case for Yao and Amare, who are loved by their home fans. Maybe we will get someone like Dirk, but I don't see any "superstars" (yes, meaning I don't consider Dirk a superstar although he is one of the best players in the league) avalible for us.

Fact or Fiction: Jim Buss will help turn the franchise around when he becomes the new owner?

The NBA is not the same without the Lakers being contenders. People watch whether they are fans or simply hate the Lakers, Los Angeles, Hollywood, Bandwagon fans, the viewership comes from both sides. They will be back in contention. Fact of Fiction Kwame Brown will have a more productive season than Caron Butler?
Fiction. I expect Caron to be a 17 and 5 player this year while i expect Kwame to put up around 14 and 8. Fact or Fiction - - - Kobe will be an all-NBA 1st teamer and a 1st team defender.
