im all for rodman. i think we can at least give him an invitation to training camp. i know he's in great shape and i think he can be of some use although we are loaded at PF.
definately give him a try out. But I can understand Paxton being worried about his distractive nature.
The dude was playing for my family's local team in Mexico. He was supposed to pretty good there. He should still be around and ready to play
Wow If Rodman came back to the NBA.. i think the best team for him would be...Pacers or Pistons but yeah he said he wants to return to Bulls or the Lakers Im all up for him returning to the Bulls if he got rid of his "issues" i think he can provide some real good leadership/veteran skills for the young bulls team you guys have this year.
Hey guy?s guess who is back sorry I was gone so long I got stabbed in the ribs and was spending a large part of the last couple of weeks recovering, and rehabilitating. I would not give Rodman a tryout though he was one of the greatest rebounders of all time during his time here. He is not the ?role model? we are looking for to mentor Tyson and Curry although. We all know that when on the court he did his job he lived and still does live one of the wildest life styles of anyone around going to clubs, etc. Also he is 44 years old and over the hill we do not need any ticketing propaganda so he can not even be used for that purpose any more.

it wouldnt hurt to give him a tryout...if he's able, he could be a nice interior defender and rebounder off the bench for Chicago...

I watched the show "Rodman on the Rebound", and in the end of it, it looked as if he had cleaned up his life and realy started to get in game-shape. He took a pill which made him sick by drinking alcohol and he seemed to want to be with his family more than to be partying all the time. If he continued doing that, he should be intresting to all NBA teams.
Yer i also watched a show called "Beyond the Glory." They have various episodes of various stars. In the Rodman one it talked about his wildlife and how now hes quit all that and that he wants to return and leave the game in a good way. I think we should let him at least try out and see what his got.

He was a great player, but he never would really embrace the mentor role he is not trying to come back to be anyone's mentor he wants to prove a point to the NBA. He would actually be horrible with the young guys. He is great on the court, but even he admits he parties all night drinks all night comes back gets on the court and does his thing you think him dragging Curry and Chandler along with him would help them be better ball players? I know he is supposable sober right now, but at this stage in his life he is a sticking time bomb. He has become a one man circus a side show. He could probably give you 7 rebounds and play 45 games of the season under a NBA schedule. With us recently resigning Chandler, Othella, and getting another big man who's name I?m forgetting right now. Rodman making a return to Chicago is highly unlikely.
