The San Antonio Spurs have added Michael Finley and Nick Van Excel to their lineup in the past week. Their roster looks like this: Tony Parker G 6-2 177 05/17/1982 France 4 Beno Udrih G 6-3 200 07/05/1982 Slovenia 1 Nick Van Exel G 6-1 190 11/27/1971 Cincinnati 12 Manu Ginobili G 6-6 205 07/28/1977 Argentina 3 Brent Barry G 6-7 210 12/31/1971 Oregon State 10 Bruce Bowen F 6-7 200 06/14/1971 Cal State Fullerton 9 Michael Finley Tim Duncan F-C 6-11 260 04/25/1976 Wake Forest 8 Robert Horry F-C 6-10 240 08/25/1970 Alabama 13 Fabricio Oberto F 6-10 245 03/21/1975 Argentina R Ian Mahinmi ** C 6-10 230 05/11/1986 R Nazr Mohammed C 6-10 250 09/05/1977 Kentucky 7 Rasho Nesterovic C 7-0 255 05/30/1976 Slovenia 7 23 Devin Brown (FA) 4 Sean Marks (FA) 3 Glenn Robinson (FA) (Retired) 34 Tony Massenburg (FA) 11 Mike Wilks (FA) The amount of experience and depth in this roster is incredible. Nick the quick is an unknown with his gimpy knees but Finley will help with scoring. This roster looks like the best in the NBA. YIKES!
whats amazing is they got three deep at every posistion with people good enough to start! i mean michael finley, brent barry, nick van exel, beno udrich, robert horry.... are all coming off the bench. its insane.
ya its definitely insane them Spurs getting waaay to good. They were already amazing and champs and now they look even better, hopefully my Heat take em down
What's even crazier is the Spurs might be able to workout a buyout for their best overseas talent ... Luis Scola, right around mid-season. Just imagine a PF version of Ginobili.

Three Argentines, no I won't say it....... Bring on the season!
I feel there's a better chance of Scola's rights being traded by mid-season than him being bought out. RC didn't do It when he had money to spend now that basically all of that is used up then I doubt he will pay the buyout. The sad thing is Scola BADLY wants to play in the NBA and sadly for him hasn't been given that chance.
