fiction: even thou a lot of ppl dislike babcock, i think he is just the right gm for the raptors, someone who could get a hold on things and control the situation. in the big picture he hasn't wasted our salary cap at all. so he wasted the value of VC, but u can't over look the value of the drafts that has been put in to the trade. (graham) F/F: raps r 1 season away from serious championship contention!
Fiction: A couple of seasons from now, the Raps are going to become playoff contenders, but they'll need a great core of guys to become a championship contending team. Look at the Spurs and the Pistons; their core of players haven't changed one bit and that's why their chemistry is stable and always positive. The Raps need to build on Bosh, get a solid PG who can run the show properly and another go-to guy. F/F: The Raps will trade Alston and possibly a Draft pick by the deadline.
