Ones that are still alive are, Lucy Liu, Jackie Chan, Jet Li, Zhang Ziyi (girl in crouching tiger hidden dragon), or Stephen Chow (the guy in Kung Fu Hustle). But I think that Forbes list is just for China and their celebrities.
Good to see Yao on top of that list. I think that Jet Li and Jackie Chan are the only "real" famous Chinese celebrities. Lucy Lui ehh...maybe, but the girl from Rush Hour 2 and Crouching Tiger Hidden dragon isn't as famous as them.
