Take the tutorial stuff to PMs. We don't want to clog up this thread with beginners learning more about using design programs.

 

The effects and everything look real cool, and the text fits well. I'd say nine out of ten.

Yeah, you haven't seen my others. I had to make one with no brushes.

That is why it is called a manip, supposed to be plainn and light. That isn't good at all. BG is bad. Cut is very bad. Can barely read the text. Text selection was good though.

Does it really matter? IMO criticism is better than a freakin number. You can't improve yourself based on a number...

 

Yeah, tips will help you more than a number. Why not try making something like you did with paint?

Actually you can with those effects are the BG and everything. Figure out how. You can make something a lot like that but better. You blur it different ways. I know Photoshop so I know what you can/can't do with it, so you don't tell me and the number for the rate is 1/10.

I like that text better than the other one. Nice pic selection, good overall sig, 8/10.
