That is why it is called a manip, supposed to be plainn and light. That isn't good at all. BG is bad. Cut is very bad. Can barely read the text. Text selection was good though.

Actually you can with those effects are the BG and everything. Figure out how. You can make something a lot like that but better. You blur it different ways. I know Photoshop so I know what you can/can't do with it, so you don't tell me and the number for the rate is 1/10. I fixed the text.
I like that text better than the other one. Nice pic selection, good overall sig, 8/10. Rate mine by N4S.
