I hope we draft the defensive tackle out of Florida State. I was hoping Ernie Sims would be there when we picked, but I guess not. Chad Jackson is another guy I like, but knowing Andy Reid it?s a reach to think we will draft him. I would love to get Deangelo Williams or Maroney for personal reasons being a big fan of both.

Bunkley is pure diesel he will be great for Jim Johnson?s defense with his ability to rush the passer. He has the speed and athletic ability to rush the passer, and plug up the middle with his size when playing the run. I think he will make our blitz packages much more effective.

the guy is a beast! he is very strong, and had a huge workout from what i have heard. i dont know much about college football, but going to eagles forums and all, all i have heard about him is good stuff. im excited because a defense of howard, patterson, bunkley, and kearse will be beastly

Philadelphia Eagles head coach Andy Reid confirmed to PhiladelphiaEagles.com on Saturday morning that the Eagles have an interest in Green Bay Packers wide receiver Javon Walker, who's requested a trade.

"We're communicating," Reid said. "It's a matter of a couple scenarios and we just have to work through it and see how it works today."

    WR Javon Walker
Walker, a Pro Bowler in 2004, missed 15 games last season with a knee injury. In that 2004 season, though, he had 89 catches for 1,382 yards and 12 touchdowns. He's since refused to play for the Packers, and reports have linked Walker and the Eagles throughout the off-season.

Reid did not discuss specifics about the parameters of a deal or whether Walker's come to Philadelphia for a physical.

"There's a chance of (Walker coming to Philadelphia)," Reid said. "He'll come in for a physical if it gets down to that point."

Between now and then, the Eagles sit comfortably with six picks in the first four rounds. It allows the Eagles flexibility to either draft prospects or acquire a veteran like Walker.

"It's always a crazy day on draft day," Reid said. "That's another little wrinkle we're looking at."

I don't think that's the asking price the price for Ray Lewis, Culpepper, etc. pro bowlers who had fallen out of favor was only a 2nd round pick. I think thats what they are asking for.

I am sure that unless the Packers change their demands for Walker, you can scratch Philadelphia from the list of suitors.

The Eagles are supposed to be one of the front-runners in a trade for Walker, but not at Green Bay's price. <font color=""Red"">The Packers want a first-round choice for the unhappy wide receiver, a league source said, and that's too high for Philadelphia. </font>

The Eagles have the 14th pick in this year's draft, and they intend to use it. They might spend it on someone like Florida State linebacker Ernie Sims, USC tackle Winston Justice or FSU's Brodrick Bunkley.

<font color=""red"">What they won't spend it on is Walker. </font>

anyways, it doesnt mean much considering the first round is already over, but i wouldnt give them anything more than a 3rd round pick for walker. i still question his ability to stay healthy, and no one knows how good he is after the ACL injury. also, i think we should use our 2nd on a lb

If Jackson, Moss, Justice, or White is still on the board when we pick and we pass them up I will cry.
