Fact, without a doubt. Other teams have maybe better statistically 3 player tandem, but they're usually with one superstar, one star, and one average player that compliments them. But this trio is the only one that all three are legitimate (sp?) superstars on their own. I think it's better now that it's these 3 superstars and a rest of the entire team of complimentary average players. I think they chemistry wil be better than with 4 guys on the court that want to score, and one guy that wants to dish the ball but can also score at will.

ForF: Coach D'Antoni will coach the West All-Stars this year.

    Gotta take this one.
Fiction -- the Suns may end the season with the best record in the west (maybe), but they're going to kick it up after the AS break, so it will probably be Popovich, Van Gundy, or Johnson.

Fact or fiction --- Nash repeats as MVP?

I'm gonna have to say Fiction. I'm a huge Nash fan since his rookie year, but I don't think he'll get the same respect next year. However, I do think the MVP will stay with the Suns, so...

ForF: Amare Stoudemire wins MVP this year.

Fiction: Amare will have to improve his defense significantly to demand that kind of respect plus we'd have to get a 60plus win season again which I think is iffy at this point.

Fact or Fiction: Diaw succeeds in his pg duties

Nash didn't have any defense and he got MVP. Well, back on topic...

Fiction: I think he'll be a good addition, but I still feel the team will rely too much on Nash again, and will fail without him. The chemistry around Nash is to solid for the team to be successful around another PG. I'm still in between on this one, but until proven otherwise, Fiction.

ForF: Kurt Thomas is the C the Suns have always been looking for.

Fact, if Kurt Thomas can be a 10/10 guy night in and night out. Mark west was the last "good" cetner the suns had because he could contribute that 10/10 every night.

Fact or Fiction: The suns will meet the spurs in the WCF again.

Fact. There is no team in the West that can beat the Suns or Spurs.

ForF: Dijon Thompson will get plenty of gametime.

    Fact: with the Thunderbirds [IMG]

Fact or Fiction: Pat Burke will play well if Amare has to take the first month of the season off for "exploratory surgery" (not that he could ever step in for Amare, but measured against other Cs in the league).

Fiction: I think Kurt wil move to center

Fact or Fiction: Suns wont make the playoffs now that Amare is expected to be out for 4 months.

Fiction. even w/out Amare, i expect them to make the playoffs with Nash and Marion still there.

F/F: Raja Bell step up and be one of the main weapons in the suns' offense with Marion & Nash.

Fiction: The Suns are still a playoff team without Amare. With him, they are a championship team. I thought it was much less than 5 months that Amare will be out.

ForF: The Suns will trade away a valuable player during the season.

Fiction: Raja Bell is way too inconsistent to provide scoring every game. Expect Jim Jackson or Kurt Thomas to carry the load.

F/F: The suns will be a lottery team if Steve Nash gets injured early in the season.

FAct. He was the MVP for a reason.

Fact or Fiction: Amare will rush back and take chances with his knee.

He's young and should be able to heal pretty fast. But Fiction.

Fact or Fiction, Kurt Thomas will do a good job replacing Kurt in the lineup.
