It is funny, over the last 2 off seasons, Raptors GM Rob Babcock has had nothing but criticism for every move he has made.

Now, after taking his lumps, more and more articles which basically are saying, 'Things are bad right now, but maybe Babcock is crazy like a fox' are popping up.

That is what the media does. They bash when they can and they suck up when they finally realize what the actual plan is.

 

Good read. Eventually, everybody will know Babcock's effect on the franchise, and if his plan pans out, he'd be treated like a genius, and if it doesn't, oh boy.

I don't understand how the media can already be sucking up to him; his draft is one of the main things they've criticized, yet none of the rookies have been able to show what they can do in a real NBA game. Maybe the media is crazy Or maybe it's just a select few

Seriously though, all three of those articles come from pretty uncredible sources, so I'd take it for what it is. They base their articles on opinions and regurgitate other views.

 

Isn't that what all articles are? Isn't it usually based on opinions and other views??

 

Off topic: did you guys know that Dave Feschuk writes in the Arts & life section of the paper like 2 days a week . He writes about the raptors right after he finishes his column on gnomes
