It's "the neverending story" in the NFL these days, but here's more... Interesting Peter King editorial on T.O., his problems, and what playing under his current contract REALLY means for him and for the Eagles: http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2005/writ...mmqb/index.html - Owens made an appearance this week at a Falcons game, but team officials said there's NO chance of a T.O. trade. - The Eagles have talked to the Packers about trading for Robert Ferguson, but the Packers aren't interested in giving him up. And Finally... Eagles inform Owens in writing of behavior issues ESPNs Sal Paolantonio reports the Philadelphia Eagles have sent wide receiver Terrell Owens a letter outlining a list of behavioral problems over the last two weeks. The letter was sent over the weekend and Owens apparently received it on Monday. The letter is characterized the letter as the beginning step in a process to suspend Owens if his behavior does not change after the scheduled Wednesday meeting with coach Andy Reid Owens also acknowledged the receipt of the letter in a conversation with ESPN?s Michael Irvin.
Good move on the Eagles part but really will it change anything, who knows and at this point who cares? Anyway, this whole T.O. issue is just one big headache for me. On the bright side T.O. provides some great comedy, I must admit that I do enjoy watching him make a fool of himself on TV now and then.
