I doubt it that this deal will go through unless KG has a bad half season and the bulls are willing to trade in Feburary. But anything can happen. So we Laker fans are going to pray and hope that Kobe talks KG into coming to LaLa Land.

Kobe and KG have probably talked about it already, but we just don't know about it. Maybe getting rid of Shaq was the first step in getting KG.
I pose to you all a question now... if we still had Caron Butler, would the Wolves trade KG for CB and LO + fillers?

why do some laker fans actually think they have of had a chance at getting kg. someone who is a top 3 player in the league. the only way la could get kg is if they trade kobe and even then i doubt minnesota would agree.
If the Lakers could get Odom + Brown + filler for KG it would be a steal. Whenever any team trades away a superstar, they always gets less in return, and any line-up with KG and Kobe is pretty solid. LA would attract FAs very easily with KG, Kobe, and Phil Jackson.
