Expect one or two of them to be signed with the MLE. Latrell Sprewell is also an option, although he wants to go some where he can start.
DARIUS RICE!! Dude may be scrawny but he's 6'10! (I know Kap's 6'10 or 6'9 too) I thought he was pretty good at Miami. Didn't Miami sign Eddie House or am I mistaken and House is in Phoenix?
None of those players will sign for the MLE, they are not worth it at all. That exception wont be used until the middle of the season, when possibly some cuts/buyouts are made.
I'd sign Darius Rice for the minnimum, I think he can do well and I watched him at Miami as a very good shooter, I think they shouldn't go after Spree, please do not do that Pat Riley!! Then we will definately have chemistry problems.

The Heat also don't have to spend the entire MLE on just one player. They can split it in half if they like, which would be $2.5M a year. Once the free agency ends, I don't think a team is allowed to use any of their remaining exceptions.
