THe KNicks should definitely just start Mo Taylor. Antoinio Davis is going back to Chi-Town, i read it in Realgm.com yesterday. But maybe not, Mo Taylor is a big guy but he dont produce much on the defensive end and aint a good rebounder, much like Eddy Curry. The Knicks should start Malik Rose. The Knicks need for a rebounder are real big right now, Jerome James and Eddy Curry are good big men that can score and grab 8 boards but at PF the Knicks are now weak, too bad they traded Kurt Thomas. THe Knicks are gonna be good though this season.

I didnt like the front court because they barely got blocks and teams could just penetrate easily. Like past problems, Mo has been said to not play alot of defense and isnt that good at rebounding. Rose is 6'7 and thats way 2 small. He can be put in when the knicks go small. I loved the KT trade since we did get a good SF in Q-rich. Its either Taylor, Lee, or Curry at PF.
Sorry, I dont feel like reading all of what you guys wrote but I think that its going to be like this: PF- Eddy C- Jerome James That is why they brought him in, it was to start. He was doing great in the playoffs and even though his average does not show it he is a good player.
Curry at Power Forward is a good move. I think he's probably a better player at that spot then in the middle. Plus we can use big JJ to clog the lane and put a body on Shaq. We don't need James to score we just need him to defend. All the other starters will gladly shoot the ball
Neither Curry nor James will start at power forward because they aren't Rasheed Wallace type players. LB likes his power forwards able to shoot the mid range J, and Curry/James aren't those players. If you have them alonside each other for a long time, it's going to clog the paint for slashers like Marbury, Robinson, Crawford and Richardson. That's why I think it makes more sense for Taylor, Lee or Rose to start at power forward. All three can hit the jumper more effectively than Curry and James.
Curry is a presence downlow, on the offensive end he's one of the best centers in the game but defensively he's not in the rankings. Curry would be a better fit playing the 5 and they have enough players capable of playing the 4 in Lee, Taylor, and Rose. They'll most likely have Eddy start with Jerome coming off of the bench and during the season some time I'm sure Channing will earn his time over JJ.
Im looking at Maurice Taylor to get the starting gig for now. Im not to sure if the Knicks are done making moves.
