Is Cabarkapa 7'0" or is Biedrins 6'11". Cabarkapa even looks a little taller, it's probably the afro.

I have noticed the same thing; especially in this picture...

Well, I cant find it now, but Zarko looked like he was at least 3-4 inches taller! haha

Before skita left they said the 3 of them were inseperable. Now it's down to 2... I wonder how A & Z communicate, an article I read before said Skita spoke both A and Z's languages and did some translating for the two.

I still say that by the end of Skita's career, he'll be regarded as one of the better euro power forwards. He and Kwame Brown are textbook examples of misdeveloped young players. Both are really going to benefit from their new surroundings.

Skita may have a breakout year playing alongside KG.

The one thing I've never seen from Skita is a solid handle of the ball and yet scouts raved about it. I think he's got no confidence to do anything outside of what the coach wants him to do because of his short leash the coaches put on him. But he's got an excellent shooting stroke. Pure rainbow from the perimeter. I think so many people were infatuated with Dirk Nowitzki that they expected too much out of Tskitishvilli right away. The guy was drafted very young. Was he developed right? Considering they basically brought in a bunch of small forwards and power forwards soon after, he lost all opportunity. And the Warriors had no intentions of keeping him with the players we already committed to. Plus, we remember how bad he was when you give the guy 5 minutes or put him in games we already lost. He could be a great offensive player, but I'm not so sure about his talents in passing the ball or using more of his size in the post. He's a pretty weak dude for a 7 foot, 245 lb guy, but at least he moves well. He's quite athletic for a guy that size and weight.

Kwame Brown has some decent skills, but he's still raw and has had some issues. The one thing that I dread watching in big men are clumsiness and bad hands. He's got bad hands. I don't think he'll live up to the hype, but he'll contribute and show flashes like an Erick Dampier at his best (or should I just say "contract year"). On the Lakers, I think he'll show flashes, but first he's got to catch it. I don't think the guy can even palm the ball. How sad is that?

Skita was a nice fellow with a complicated to spell last name that would pretend to be Biedrins' personal bodyguard or pretend to hold up a microphone for him when Biedrins had his first start and got a double/double (pretend press conference). Great character. I wish him well and hope he gets the playing time or goes to Europe or somewhere to get it Let's just say his old Denver teammates love his cheery personality and really feel for him.

As to how Z and A talk to each other without Skita, it's probably broken English. Those dudes must have learned something by now being emersed in the language for awhile. They just gotta start somewhere if they want more playing time. They have to understand English if they want to play ball because the coaches can't communicate things in Serbian or Latvian.

Biedrins didn't had big problems with English, as Darko did, I doubt that Zarko has any. The bound that Biedrins and Skita had is that they both are out of post soviet countries, and know russian very well.

Anyway, can't whait for the season to start, and see how warriors will look like.

I don't see anyway Skita and Kwame will develop into the players they should have become.

Kwame's problem is all mental. He has the tools to dominate but he is a "loser". Looks for excuses to lose. Michael Jordan calling him gay, getting pulled over for a DUI, getting a foot injury and missing the start of last year, not having a true point guard, almost fighting Gilbert Arenas etc. Phil Jackson is one smart smart man so I wouldn't be suprised to see Kwame develop some consistency or a niche but he'll never live up to the #1 pick.

Skita is simply not as good as advertised. If you can't see that then I don't know what to tell you.

If you listen to Jim Barnett, he's constantly remarking about how small Kwame's hands are. Much like Kevin Willis. For what an amazing specimen Kwame is, having small hands can affect many fascets of the game.

Hahahaha, I hope the Lakers suck soooo bad!

No, everything is proportional. Small hands=small pen1s. God does not give you anything in life you can not handle...

Easy there. Kemp couldn't grab the ball with one hand either, because he had small hands either. But that didn't stop him from paying child support for... how many kids?

Gotcha. I wasn't too sure how they communicated, but I do know coaches prefer English fluent players so they can give instructions. Glad to know they both don't have problems learning English.

It's good to have you onboard because it's tough viewing things only from the American perspective. I don't really get the whole scoop on some of these guys.

You know what? It really is unfair for Asian like me. Those people who came from Euro learns English so fast because those languages are from same base, Latin. Heck, even Chinese language has similar grammer as English. But nooooo... Languages like Korean or Japanese are completely different language compare to English, so we get zero advantage [IMG] ...
