<div class="quote_poster">Quoting B-22:</div><div class="quote_post">Neat picture, but you never know that rim could be like 7 feet tall.</div> Haters.
Dwight is 6'11 and while I not saying that isn't impressive most guys that size who have a good enough vert can do that. It's just above average of what a guy his height and weight should do.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting The Manchurian Candidate:</div><div class="quote_post">Haters. </div> I'm a Dwight hater? Ok, there are tons of pictures on the internet that have been photoshopped to make them look crazy. Besides like Allnet said he isn't that high considering he is a 7 footer.
The pic is cool but if it was someone shorter it would of been more impressive. It's still a great pic though.
If I did that I would tell my grandkids about that for sure, lol. Like AA said he will be great in the future.
The Florida Times He's on the cover of the team media guide. He represented the Orlando Magic during a goodwill trip to Asia. He's got a four-year endorsement deal with Adidas. He isn't seven-time All-Star Grant Hill. He isn't three-time All-Star Steve Francis. He is Dwight Howard. He has never been an NBA All-Star, was never an All-American in college (never went) and can't even buy a beer (he's just 19). But forget what Howard hasn't done. He became the first rookie to average a double-double (12 points per game, 10 rebounds per game) since 1991-92 and the first direct-from-high school rookie to start all 82 games. He was a unanimous selection to the All-Rookie team and he finished third in the Rookie of the Year voting. For now, has lived up the hype of being the first overall pick in 2004. Magic at UNF Orlando Magic practices run through Sunday at the University of North Florida, and they are closed to the public. But the team will have a free open scrimmage at 6:30 p.m. Saturday at the UNF Arena. Howard is known for his easy manner, isn't timid about his strong spiritual beliefs and has the game to back it all up. In short, he's a PR dream. One that the Magic are eager to share. Howard spent the offseason visiting students at Orlando-area schools, talking about everything from math to religion. He sponsored a basketball camp in his hometown of Atlanta. He went to the Philippines, Hong Kong, China and Taiwan as part of a promotional tour for the NBA over the summer. Adidas executive Kevin Wulff once called him "Allen Iverson without the tatoos." "He handles everything pretty well," coach Brian Hill said. "He has a maturity that is beyond his years." It's that maturity, combined with his ability, that is making Howard a media darling. On Thursday, after a morning practice at UNF Arena, Howard joked around with members of the media, kidding a TV reporter about his shooting style. He picked up the microphone and did play-by-play for the camera while the reporter defended himself with an short exhibition. NBA's Magic has a new poster boy
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting GotSkillz92:</div><div class="quote_post">LoL, Lebron can make out with the rim with the hops he got.</div> LOL, nice one
According to the pic, he would have a vert of around 37. Very good considering his height and weight.
the pic looks fake cuz his face is blurry and the rim is not, but i doubt its fake, pretty good hops for his size
<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">the pic looks fake cuz his face is blurry and the rim is not, but i doubt its fake, pretty good hops for his size</div> Duh, its because he's moving really fast while the rim is obviously not.
