I don't know about a top 10 list, but I know that Vince Carter has to be at the top of any top dunker list. No one comes even close to Vince as of today or the near future.

It was creative, but he got such little air that they barely impressed me. Also other than that he hasn't done anything

Anybody who puts LBJ top10 obviously doesn't watch a lot of bball and doesn't know about any of the older players. Lebron has hops, but he's 6'8", and all he does every single time is that stupid one-handed hammer. He's never done any fancier dunks, and never even been in a dunk contest. Last year at the ASG, everyone expected him to do something nice on that one breakaway but he just decided to his same old boring dunk.

Vince is without a doubt the best in game dunker of all time. I don't see how people could argue he isn't (or how someone would put KOBE in front of him!) Some of his dunks are just way too sick. As far as contest goes, I'd still put VC #1, but I could see how one could argue JRich, MJ or Dr J. All his dunks in the contest were just so smooth. Lots of guys can pull off a between the legs, but not on an alley, and not as smooth as that.

LeBron can defintly jump out of the gym, being the great athlete he is, but in the category for flashy dunks, he just doesn`t make it. The likes of J-Rich, Desmond Mason, and Josh Smith etc are far better at dunking than LeBron, flashy wise.

I'll put money you're under 20, all those players have played within the last 12 years. But I can't respect it because you have a sophomore player plus lebron and wade, they haven't done half of what darryl dawkins or Dr J have done.

I'm assuming that all of you who have left Jordan off of your list or have him very low are young and never got the chance to see Michael Jordan play. Because if you had seen him, there is no doubt in my mind that you would have ranked him higher then guys like Josh Howard, Corey Maggete, Dwight Howard or Richard Jefferson.

Don't you guys ever think of back in the day guys other than MJ and Dr. J?

How about Shawn Kemp, Larry Nance, Chocolate Thunder, etc.

I don't understand why so many people dislike LeBron for not doing "fancy" dunks. I don't recall Jordan doing many reverse or windmill dunks in games.

It's stupid, he does do good dunks and his whole style of play is to not be so overly flashy, like jordan he's not gonna do off the glass dunks in game.

That's fine, so he still doesn't deserve to be top 10 until he can do flashy dunks. I've never even seen him do a 360 in a game.

I would put lebron at maybe at #10 most, just because of the athleticism in his dunks for someone 6'8" 240+ to get that high is pretty crazy. No one his size has ever been able to elevate like he does, so i think there should be some recognition for that.

Vince is clearly number one, I don't know what some of you are thinking..btw..LEBRON JAMES? What the? He's an overrated dunker he does the same dunk everytime.
