i have a suggestion... we are getting more members and after a while 1000 posts wont be much of an accomplishment. so why not majke a new ranking system. or atleast keep the same one, but stretch it out more. so that to be an all star or something you need a few 1000 posts
Guys; If you are going to come up with a new ranking system, shouldn't there be some criteria about the posts having some weight or value to the conversation at hand? In fact, though it's not a new idea, if you are going to rank postings, how about a ranking system based on post value VS post volume? My position is that a two to five word post agreeing or disagreeing with points already made is less valuable than a new angle or additional information. Wait. Sorry. I forgot who I was talking to. Some of you guys would use the tool as an agent of vendetta instead of a learning aid. I take it all back.

i like the post count because if we didnt have it the newcomers wouldnt know who the veterans of the forums are
idk about u guys but i dont really look or care about the post count and idk why its even an issue to remove or do anything to it. nfl just talked about the titles given
