    Interesting we don't have many guys above the league average. I haven't scanned the other teams, maybe that's typical - get 2 or 3 above average guys, 'stars' if you will, and surround them with a bunch of complimentary players.

    It's all about chemistry. You can have the most skilled and efficient players in the league, but if they don't gel with eachother, you won't win anything.

    Exactly why I'm happy Cleaves is sticking around.
