    Bulls Injuries:
    Malik Allen Left hamstring strain
    Tim Thomas Sprained Left Ankle

    Break Down For Bulls:

The Bulls come into this game high off a blow out win against Boston. Michael Sweetney has been unstoppable this preseason thus far, and has really be playing the best basketball of his young career, should KG not play it is likely that will continue. Hinrich and Gordon showed last game they are getting closer to the level they need to be at during the regular season. Also with Darius being back this should give the Bulls a nice change of pace with him and Chandler at center.

    Prediction:

The Bulls are coming in right now with confidence they have been playing well for the last game and a half now, and I don’t see that changing. With the injuries on the Wolves side of the ball I predict a Bulls win. Final score as I see it 97-90.

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Kevin Garnett scored 16 points to lead six players in double figures as the Minnesota Timberwolves built an early lead and held on for a 97-89 preseason victory over the Chicago Bulls.

Garnett also grabbed 10 rebounds for the Timberwolves, who notched their first exhibition win despite playing without projected starters Wally Szczerbiak (sprained foot) and Marko Jaric (sprained ankle). Reserve guard Troy Hudson also did not play.

Also in double figures for the Wolves was first-round pick Rashad McCants, who came of the bench to score 11 points on 3-of-12 shooting. The shooting guard has scored in double figures in three straight games.

In the first quarter, Garnett and Bulls forward Othella Harrington had a brief altercation, throwing the ball at each other from a short distance. Bulls center Tyson Chandler intervened by jawing with Garnett, and all three players drew technical fouls.

Garnett had a double-double in the first half as Minnesota grabbed a 45-33 lead. Kirk Hinrich scored 16 of his 19 points in the third quarter as Chicago closed to 68-63 entering the final period.

Rookie Eddie Basden continued his strong preseason with 11 points for the Bulls, who also had five players in double figures.

    <div align="center"> Recap l Box Score
    </div>

Above is the box score I will post the official game summary and recap when they are available. In my opinion this game was our best thus far this preseason. Though we lost we had several players in double figures Eddie Basden finally showed us all why Paxson was so high on him when he signed with the Bulls as a undrafted free agent 5-5 from the field for 10 points very impressive game on his part. Sweetney had a off night to say the least only four points overall I am happy with most of the performances this game Chandler disappointed me he started the game scoring the first five Bulls points only to end the game with seven.

The team as a whole needs to work on there touch from the field though Basden shot well the team only shot 42% from the field as a whole, and 38% from the three point stripe. Tim Thomas missed the game like expected due to once again hurting his sprained ankle in the Celtics/Bulls games. Allen did not play do to coach’s decision, which surprises me because he does not have a secure spot in the rotation as of yet. He probably was a little injured (I would think) and that is why he did not play. We have Boston again on Wednesday so these are just some areas I feel we need to improve on in that game:

    -Shooting
-Passing (had 17 turnovers this game)
    -Consistency

KG is like the school yard bully he has a big mouth and loves to talk trash, and act tough until someone his size gets in his face. It was nothing much just the heat of the moment in my opinion. The referees did the right thing by giving all three technical fouls.
