<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Seattle Times via Yahoo News:</div><div class="quote_post">"At some point in time, we're going to have to figure out if we're going to have two sets of rules on this team," said a Sonics player. "One for Danny and one for everybody else."</div>

This is not good. The season hasn't started yet and already it looks like Wiess is losing the respect of some players. This was ** biggest concern when Bob took over, that players would try to take advantage of his more laid back attitude. This sort of dissension in the ranks can not be good for team chemistry. As we all know, attitude and chemistry can cause huge swings in the win loss department. Here's to hoping Bob can come with the iron fist of obedience and quickly, before the player start treating him like the rantallion I think he might be.

Well, Weiss has to be Weiss. I think it's be a given that it'll be a much looser environment this year. Whether that's good or bad we'll have to see.

I thought it was interesting that AD made some comments about the cancers (my words, not his) in our lockerroom last year. I was under the impression it was all love and togetherness.

I read that quote and I dont think he said anything about it being in the Sonics lockerroom..he simply said it wasnt in the Wizards lockeroom.

This isn't exactly the first time Danny has been associated with locker room trouble. Things were all good before the all-star break last year, but since then he's been a headache for the Sonics. Unfortunately, it's doubtful that we could win without him. I don't know what the answer is, because Danny doesn't exactly respond to discipline very well. Maybe it's time for his teammates to have an official sit-down with him and let him know that he needs to straighten up and fly right.

Last year I kept hearing about how he's changed, and how he prays with Luke all the time, but none of that seems to be helping him do his job. Winning is important, but it isn't everything. I don't want any player to get special treatment. Next time Danny acts up, bench him. If he still complains, stick him on the IR. Play Petro in front of him. See how he likes disappointing his teammates just because he's got some petty dispute with management.
