Danny Granger is a beast. 15 rebounds, is amazing for a rookie. Even though its preseason his averages are great and he's fairly consistent, and he's much much better than I thought he'd be. I think he's the sleeper of this years draft, Granger is going to show other teams wrong for passing him up. Do you think Danny will get time on this years Pacers squad with Bender back and other's feeling good too? Carlisle and O'Neal want a ring but will Granger help?

Steal of the draft by far.

He is a beast, and will contribute right off the bat. Unbelievable that the Pacers could get him at 17 and also welcome Artest back into the mix.

man after this performance i wouldnt be surprised to see the roster change to acomidate him.albeit early to make such a statement if foster and harrison remain injured come start of the season i wouln't be surprised to see him start at sf with artest moving to a pf role and Jo in the center. that line up if given a chance could do what the suns did last year.only diff is when playoff time comes around, then unlike the suns we would have the nessisary depth to be able to knock off the elite.man i can just see all the other gm's squirming in their seats wishing they could go back in time and make a few sounder judgements.too bad time mashines haven't been invented yet!lol

I am so excited about this season. Mainly because of Artest, Sauranus and Danny all here now. Can't wait for it.

I've seen him play because UNM is my in the town I live in now and I have seen him play many times and I just knew he was going to do good in the pros. Now everyone is about to see what I was seeing. He and CP3 are the top contenders for the ROY this year.

oh god this is scary, i knew the pacers had a east championship caliber team, but now that i look at grangers stats against san antonio, i think i might change that to nba championship caliber. his stats were amazing for a rookie, 19 pts 15 rbs (8 of which were offensive) 2 stl 2 blk and he got to the line bout 6 times. That is scary for a rookie, however you gotta consider duncan wasnt playin as well, and its preseason. I hope he plays like this in the regular season.

Well Charlie Villanueva had 24 points and 7 rebounds tonight, 3 of which came at the freethrow line to send the game into OT =) either way, both of these guys will definitely be solid pros...

Yea, I think they were invented in the future, and the Indy management got a note from the future saying draft him..

I think both of the raptors picks were solid, they could've been better with taking either Granger or Green at 16 but they were still solid.

Danny's stats are amazing he's going to be one heck of an all-around player just like Ron Artest, KG and Andrei Kirilenko. They all put up amazing all-around stats and are wonders to have on your fantasy team. One thing I didnt realize was Danny had his 19/15 game against the Spurs, the best team in the NBA. There bench is starting caliber so it doesnt matter who he did it against as long as they were spurs.

Let's just say I wanted the Raptors to draft him with the 16th pick. I have nothing against Graham, but if we had gotten him, knee injury or no knee injury, I would've been very happy.
