i was just invited to the Jets vs Giants game for tomorrow. HELL YEA i'm mad excited i cant wait to see the Jets stomp over the Giants. what a great day tomorrow i'm golfin and then after that i'm going tailgating. It should be a great game.... yea right. The jets are a much better team and will dominate also Manning isnt playin so that just the final nail on the coffin for the Giants. I know i'm hypin up a preseason game too much but i need football.
i dont think strahan is playin but if he is i'll be sure to get u a sig BF. I know how much u like him

well the game was dissapointing, there was a combined 8 turnovers in the game. very sloppy. 5 from the Giants 3 from the Jets. Pennington didnt do to great though i really didnt like the playcalling on offense for the Jets. There was a pass interference call in the endzone in favor of the Jets. They get it on the 1 yard line and decide to do a playaction pass in which was intercepted and taken out to the two. Though then i Jets forced Tiki to fumble in the endzone gettin a TD anyway but still Martin should have run it in in the first place. The offensive line didnt really help Pennington out they let up a sack and someone came behind Pennington and striped it while he was about to throw. I liked how the defense played, Ty Law did well against Burress. They didnt let up a TD but let up 5 FGs. Though the field goals were very long Feely hit a 54 and a 51 yarder. I didnt like how the Jets didnt get a lot of pressure on the QB. They need John Abraham. They are known for a great line though so i'm not too worried. Well its a preseason game and it doesnt matter that the Giants won 15-14. Though it does matter that the Jets didnt have any offensive TDs. well niether did the Giants but still they got some points. Martin is picking up where he left off though that is a positive from the game. Hopefully we got got this pathetic game out of our system and they are ready for the season. it was a pretty pathetic game from both sides and i was excited i thought it would be good... didnt meet my expectations
I think the reason it was pathetic was because offenses for both teams were terrible!!!! I blame all of it on the QB. The backup Qbs were TERRIBLE. i mean come on tim hasselback threw a few INTs and ran into ward in the endzone forcing a TD. Then Palmer comes in and the first play he pitches it over Ward into the endzone for a touchdown. The Giants D looked good but the special teams was terrible. The Punt returners just couldnt hold onto the BALL! Hopefully once they get Eli back theyll be better.
well i'm talkin about the jets too. the only thing i saw good in the offense was curtis martin. the offensive line wasnt great, they didnt always give martin the holes and didnt give Pennington time. Pennington threw a couple bad passes in the endzone. In the regular season hes never thrown an interception in the red zone or the endzone in his career. So that was very uncharacteristic of him. The Jets had two defensive Tds which is always a good sign but still if we got the offense going then it would have been a blowout. Its too bad. The sad thing is Giants fans at the stadium were so happy cause they won they didnt relieze how bad both teams played. Its preseason it doesnt matter but this game will give all annoying Giants fans at my school reason to heckle me. I think i'll have to make more bets on the Jets having a better record like last year.
Well wht did u expect JETs. If the Giants win but dont do good theyll be sad?? Some people look for the Win even if its preseason.
well its preseason so i just wanted to see good things i didnt really care much if the Jets didnt win' sry i just get annoyed when my friends who are GIants fans start trying to tell me how much teh jets suck and the Giants won in preseason so they must be much better.

A Hermandinger offense will not be boring to watch but if the Jets are boring and they win games thats fine with me. idk what made u say they are boring this year. Last year they were in Paul Hackett's offense not this year.

Come on Jay fielder is the man, im a fan of his, granted he ain't the best QB in the world he is an admirable leader and tough as nails, that should give some sort of credit.
