Said Rasheed Wallace: "With a team like that, I wouldn't have changed anything. They took us to a Game 7 in the conference finals. Why change that team? They had the same heart, the guys knew the system and knew what they were supposed to do. There was no reason to break it up."</div>

I am beginning to wonder that as well. Personally I think if they re-signed Udonis and Shaq and signed Gary Payton and of course drafted Simien then they would've had a good offseason. I still have faith in the Miami Team, but I'm not sure if I would've done what Riley done. Hopefully I am wrong.

Who isn't injured in the playoffs? fact is the Heat had all their players on the floor and came up short. Changing their team was a mistake. Trading for Williams and Walker was foolish. They are the kind of players who the Pistons always have success against. the Heat looked terrible in their pre-season game against the Pistons. Wade certainly wasn't very happy and you can tell that Walker and Williams are taking touches away from Wade. There were up to 4/5 minutes where Wade didn't even touch the ball.

i dont get the changes either. they had a great team going, and IMO, they couldve won if they were all healthy. even with a lot of their starters injured, they went to game 7. then, they decide to break up the team and the chemistry by trading for three team cancers. it doesnt make sense to me.

I don't understand either. I will agree that the Pistons probably would of the lost the ECF last year had the Heat been 100% healthy..I just don't see why they would break up that chemistry that probably would of taken them to the Finals this year. They have the most talented roster in the NBA now, but most of those guys are used to having the ball in their hands alot. Shaq says he will keep everyone in line, but Walker and Williams are still going to get pissed because Shaq will still get his touches, and Wade will get mad because he's not going to control the ball like he did last year. Either way, I'm happy, third trip to the finals for the Pistons?? [IMG]
