I don't understand this post at all. Dude, first off use the / when doing stats, it should look like this... 32.4/19/4.8

Next, where are the blocks the first 2 seasons?

What's the (72.1%) Yao's field goal % or team win % or what??

And how, in a champion game (whatever that means) do you have 41.3 pts. and 4.3 blocks? Do you mean the series?

I never followed the chineese basketball league, can someone tell me what a Shanghai Shaq is in China? (is their team logo a 7"1 330 black man?). And what is an 8.1 Rocket?

I AM SO CONFUSED RIGHT NOW

market is a poster from China and therefore it's understandable that his English isn't too good. Then again, how good's your Chinese?

Since you insist, I'll try to make his post more clear to you.

i'm not chinese but its pretty understandable if u look at it for more than a sec:

    <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">2001-2002 32.4 PPG 19 RPG 4.8 BPG (Team won championship) (72.1% FG)</div>
he obviously means 72.1 % fg for yao

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Oct 2002 CBA champion game Shanghai Sharks VS Bayi Rockets

he says series not game, so it makes sense.

Chinese is very hard to translate into english, and vice versa. Some chinese words don't have english translations and vice versa. The ordering of a sentence is also different, since english is my first language, my aunts and uncles tend to laugh at me when I directly translate english into chinese. With that, good job on at least making the attempt Market.

Oh, and what part of china are you from? My family is from Shanghai, my dad actually went to the same school that Yao did, and live on the same block.

Very Off topic, but I can't help blurting this out.

My mom's family is from Hunan and I have some family in Shashi, Hubei. Also have a cousin at Wuhan University. Great to hear you're from the area too. [IMG]
