J-Rich is going to be a game-time decision for tonight because of a sore knee. I'm getting more and more worried about this game. Even though we do have 2 serviceable back-ups I would still like J-Rich to play at least limited minutes.

I know what you mean, if this turns into a run and gun shootout, I definitely want Jrich to be a part of it, especially since Mickael il est fatigue.

Harrington is going to a have big game, Diogu would've matched up well. I've heard ZaZa is playing pretty good as well.

I would love to see a blow out to start the season off, let the league know that we are for real. Although it is unlikely, it would be a huge huge lift.

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Warriorfansnc93:</div><div class="quote_post">Yeah, as far as I am concerned the Warriors and Hawks are on the same level. We are both young teams that expect good things this season. I do expect us to blow them out though because I think we did last year...</div>

The Hawks have some potential franchise players, just not any franchise players with size or at the point guard position. Marvin Williams could end up being a lot like Tim Thomas. Childress is a swingman and Josh Smith is a forward all the way. Joe Johnson can play some point, but I don't think it means he's a point.

Even if we did blow them out I dont think we would get any props; they are just the Hawks...

Jeez, the game hasn't even started yet and Barnett is going nuts about Dunleavy.

It's nothing new, trust me. He was already in midseason form during the preseason. Ever since we drafted Dunleavy, I bet Barnett has been grateful towards the idea of sitting down behind a table instead of standing up.

Well Dunleavy looks like crap. Two passes thrown into the stands and one thrown into the opposing team's hands.

    Ugh... 8 TO's in 8 mins.

Dunleavy has no contract to earn now so he's taking it easy I guess ;-)

Damn, Murphy has got some of that dunking power back (like in his rookie and 2002 year).

[IMG] Right on top of John Edwards!

Wow, Murphy with the slam. I cant remember the last time I saw him finish a contested dunk.

FTs are really bringing us down.

Batista just checked in for thwe Hawks, lets see what we may have missed out on.

Pietrus with a buzzer beater!!!1!11! It looked like he still had it in his hand but I'll take it.

Pietrus, nice! He just shot an end of 1rst quarter buzzer beater.

    00.2 seconds GS - M. Pietrus makes a 25-foot three-pointer from the right wing. Assist: B. Davis

No good on the buzzer beater, but he got to the line in the 2nd quarter and sacrificed his body.

Crap, we don't play good enough D to shoot free throws like the Spurs or Pistons or Miami... doh!

    Warriors: 5/13 FT 38%
    Hawks: 7/7 100%

    Warriors: 8 TO
    Hawks: 4 TO

This sums up the game so far.
