http://broadband.nba.com/cc/playa.php?cont..._all_access.asx i liked this video..seems like Raps are merging together and having good chemistry CV31 is also jokes and how everyone is treating him
I don't think I liked the way their locker room seemed. There is too much disrespect going around for the rookies. I don't know how they will get close as a team if they categorize people as rookies or vets. I think the rookies should respect the vets and learn from their experience, however I don't think the vets or Sam Mitchell should be disrespecting on the young guys.
It's not just Raptors locker room, it happens to all the rooks, i believe it was on the NBA rookie TV Series or show on spike tv that showed how every rook got mistreated or not what.

Its still a lame way to treat people... The rookies probably need more help and confidence than anyone else, they need the vets to be an example and help them along, not be immature bullys.
Good link PlaTsanity. One thing i noticed from the video is I really like Sam Mitchells coaching style. He seems like a good communicator, and appears to demand alot from his players without stepping on there toes. With regards to the hazing, I thought it was acceptable, its a good way to build chemistry and integrating the rookies to the idea of the team unit. The only problem is when hazing goes over board, but to me it looked harmless.
