Would you risk Monty's throat to have him on the squad this year? Just wondering. I mean his kids are starving and all.

Really though, would he be of any benefit to the Warriors if say he wanted to sign up?

He's kind of washing up anyway. Plus, given his history with this franchise, it's not a good idea. He'd get booed by a majority of fans. I mean he just didn't shove his coach or take a swing at coach Carlisimo, he was choking him. That's like something you do when you want to kill a guy.

I like his wheel spinners though. They are very pretty.

If he wanted to play for Calbert Chaney money and gave props to the fans and was all respectable, hell yeah I would take him back. I just think he burned his bridges here a long time ago kind of like Chris Webber. I always liked Spree though. As long as he was not a cancer in the locker room I would take him....

Spree is and was a self centered jerk. When he had some game it was tolerated, but I can't forgive him tanking games to show up teamates or screw coaches. I can't accept how, though his D was once very good, He decided he was too special to play D,that he'd hog the ball and launch 3's while having a horrid 3pt %. Spree'd do only what he thought made him look good.
He may have wised up a bit,but he's also older,no longer real quick, and at this point not a better scorer than Fish. If Spree were to come back here, who does he steal minutes from? Monta? Pietrus?

It's kinda funny how Spree's life turned out to be. By chocking PJ, he lost 9 mils, and we are well aware how much Spree tried to recover those 9 mils until the court said "enough is enough". Then, he rejected 7 mils for 3 years extension, because he probably believed he can get far more than that. If he had little bit of sense and self control, he could have gotten 30 mils. Well, at least his unemployment status will allow him to get some food stamps for his family. After all, he needs to feed them badly...

Well he's a pioneer of the "Spinners". He's not going to live off food stamps.
