I understand you're point, but 9/7 is the best we can do from the PF position. You cant expect more from that position since we're extremely weak. Lee isnt starting because LB doesnt play much rookies. What I'm saying going 9/7 for an old man is pretty good. Yes, thats not good enough for the PF position but KT40's stats were similar to those. We dont need much offense from PF. We have 4 players on the starting lineup than can drop 20 points a game anytime. The knicks will probably trade for a PF, but until Now Davis is our starter. Everybody on the knicks should be blamed. They all had alot of mistakes but also did alot of good things also. You and Jwohl, and especially you are thick-headed you can't see that marbury and crawford had 11 TO's. Davis is rusty, you cant expect him to be perfect. You just have to stop talking about this game and look forward to today against Washington. GOT IT Now why dont you lock this thread.

GOT IT Now why dont you lock this thread.</div> Yeah, ok pal. I know he's probably the best availabele PF on the team, "GOT IT?" But for a starter (not for an old man , that is poor.). Face it, he's the starting Power Forward for the Knicks, not the starting Old Man for the Knicks, you understand? I'm saying that he is not a starter-quality player and that there should be low expectations. I pointed out his weak performance so people would notice it. They normally wouldn't because he hit that shot, and they wouldn't because Crawford and others played worse. I realize that they were worse, but I don't want Davis' performance to go unnoticed. Did you just compare Davis to Kurt? Are you insane? Thomas is a better shooter, and a better rebounder now than Davis is. Today he is also a much better defender than Davis is. Davis has to resort to using his hands to stop guys while Thomas can move his feet very effectively. Thomas is a really strong defender, and he is a serious scoring threat - Davis is neither of the two today. And, did I ever say that the Knicks as a whole didn't play poorly? Did I not admit that it was mostly the fault of Marbury and Crawford? I said that they played even worse. But they get all the bad ink and Davis gets none just because Davis is older and he hit that shot that he never should have had to have taken in the first place. Why is it so damn hard for you to understand that? It's quite clear what's wrong here, you haven't been reading my and Wohl's posts carefully at all. We've said already that Davis may very well be the best PF on the team, but we still don't think he's a good enough player to start for us. We both admit it was primarily the fault of Crawford and Marbury that we lost, but we're simply exposind Davis because he has not gotten any bad press. Listen, it's really simple to understand, it's not a difficult concept to grasp. If you consider it challenging, perhaps you need to get some more education, because this is very simple. You never should have made this thread. The purpose of my having locked the other was so you'd finally stop telling us that we didn't get it - when in the mean time it's clear that you were the one who did not understand. Go back and read it, it's all there. I've repeated myself 500 times but you still don't get it, it's aggravting. And I figured since you were just going to say the same exact thing to me in response, that I'd just lock it and let it end. Now you act in a despicable manner, and you start a new thread with the same damn response. You simply don't do that, if a moderator says its over - its over. And you had all of it right in front of you. I've written it again. If you do not get it this time, then it is clear that you simply are not intelligent enough to understand this simple point. You violated two guidelines in the other thread, and by going directly against my decision you've violated another. ( http://www.justbball.com/forums/faq.php?s=...ll&titlesonly=0 ) Locked.
