which team would you chose in the NBA today?

    1992 Cavs
    C- Brad Daugherty
    PF- Hot Rod Williams
    SF- Larry Nance
    SG- Craig Ehlo
    PG- Mark Price

    or

    2005 Cavs
    C- Zydrunas Ilgauskas
    PF- Drew Gooden
    SF- Lebron James
    SG- Larry Hughes
    PG- Eric Snow

my choice goes with the old skool. best team in the early 90s to get no publicity and get no championship series appearances.

Easily the 92 team. Why? Well for starters and most importantly they have proved they can all play together and make huge strides while the current team looks exceptional on paper, but have yet to really do anything. If you are going to compare two teams, both teams have to at least proven/done something. You just can't compare fact and potential or else it's just going to be an ongoing debate that will never end. That's why the Kobe/LeBron vs Jordan discussions never get anywhere, while a Stockton and Thomas debate can easily come to and end with roughly 15 quality posts each debaters.

probably the '92 team. the battles the cavs had with jordan were epic.
